I have a few rules for my life...maybe they would work for you!
1. Read something every day. It doesn't have to be a book--a newspaper, magazine, or cereal box will do.
2. Write something every day. Usually for me it is email, but I also keep a journal, especially when I'm traveling. A Gratitude Journal is a great way to fulfill this requirement. Obviously, I need to add this blog to my rules!
3. Dance a little bit every day. Sometimes I only wiggle around in the car when a good song comes on the radio. Music reduces stress. Look it up!
As I prepare for another journey to my second home (Zagreb), I'll have to remember my rules. I'm sure I'll look silly dancing in the aisle of a plane, but I might just do it anyway!
